Welcome to Camp Blue Ground! These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the booking of our accommodations. By accessing our website and making a reservation, you accept these Terms in full.
1. The Basics
We are a private campground and glamping site. This is our home. By booking with us, you agree to be a respectful guest. Our goal is to provide a peaceful, private escape. We are not a hotel, a resort, or a public park. We are a small, family-run operation.
2. Booking and Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is strict and is detailed in the booking wizard. It is your responsibility to read and understand this policy before confirming your reservation. We highly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in activities in a natural, wild environment which has inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, uneven terrain, wild animals, insects, and changing weather conditions. By booking, you agree to assume all risks associated with your stay. Camp Blue Ground and its owners shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss sustained by guests.
4. Property Rules
All guests must abide by property rules, which include but are not limited to: pet policies (dogs must be leashed), fire safety, 'Leave No Trace' principles, and respecting quiet hours. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund. No unregistered guests are permitted on the property at any time.
5. Use of Website
The content and imagery on this website are the intellectual property of Camp Blue Ground. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas.
